ROOM DESCRIPTION

The Deer Suite — Cool, Private & Comfortably Rustic. Located on the lower level of the lodge, the Deer Suite offers a cozy log-style atmosphere with a quiet, private feel. While it does not feature the sweeping valley views or large windows of our upper suites, guests love its peaceful setting and naturally cool temperature — especially welcome during warm Okanagan summers. Designed for comfort and convenience, this spacious suite is ideal for couples, families, or small groups looking for a restful stay immersed in nature.

Suite Features:

• Two spacious bedrooms (approx. 20 sq. m each)
• One King bedroom
• One Queen bedroom with an additional single size daybed
• One bathroom with shower
• 92 sq. m open-concept living area
• Fully equipped kitchen with range, microwave, and fridge/freezer
• Large private patio with outdoor seating
• Fibre-optic high-speed internet (complimentary)
• Bedding, towels, toiletries, coffee/tea, and basic cooking spices provided
• Television (our only suite with a TV)

Good to Know:

• Winter stays require proper winter tires and an AWD or 4×4 vehicle
• Suites are self-contained — owners may or may not be around for check-in or check-out, and guests must be independent
• A vehicle or bike is needed to reach the lodge
• Due to the suite being on the lower level – occasionally foot steps can be heard from above.

A Note on Quiet Evenings: Myra Canyon Lodge is intentionally calm and restful. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, making this an ideal retreat for early nights, fresh air, and uninterrupted sleep. If late nights and lively gatherings are part of your travel style, this may not be the best fit — and that’s perfectly okay.
