Surrounded by mountains and lakes

A Family-Run Ranch

Perched above Kelowna, Myra Canyon Guest Ranch is a family-run retreat where life moves slowly and nature leads the way. Run by the Kurz family—Stephanie and Adrian, with their three girls—the ranch is also our home, with four private guest suites in the lodge.
Mornings begin with coffee, animals nearby, and fresh eggs when available. Spend your days riding horseback, exploring the trestles by e-bike, or visiting local wineries, and wind down by the fire in the evening. Friendly goats, cats, and our two dogs are part of daily life, so this stay is best for guests who enjoy their company.
Designed for rest and restoration, the ranch is a peaceful, no-party destination where you can unplug and feel at home in nature.

A Few Things to Know Before You Stay

Simple guidelines to keep our ranch peaceful, safe, and enjoyable for everyone.

A Quiet, No-Party Ranch

We’re a peaceful retreat, not a party destination. Evenings are kept quiet so everyone can relax and enjoy the calm of the ranch.

Respect the Lodge & Land

Please treat the lodge, suites, and outdoor spaces with care. No smoking on the entire property (not just indoors).

Life With Animals

Goats, cats, and dogs roam the property daily. Guests should be comfortable around animals and treat them gently. Please don’t feed them unless invited.

Fires & Evenings Outdoors

Campfires are available when conditions allow. During fire restrictions, each suite has a propane fire on its private deck. Never leave any fire unattended.

Trails, Horses & E-Bikes

Follow ranch guidelines when riding horses or exploring by trail or e-bike. Closed-toe shoes and helmets are MANDATORY.

Children & Safety

Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times, especially near animals, fire areas, and riding zones.

Guest Allergies

As a ranch, animals are present; despite thorough cleaning, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free stay. Allergies may not be suitable.

If You Need Anything

We live on-site and are happy to help. If you need assistance during your stay, just let us know.

The noise can wait. The ranch can’t.

Where the Mountains Meet the Valley

Located about 500m above Kelowna and roughly 400m below the Kettle Valley Rail Trail, the ranch sits at the same elevation as Myra-Bellevue Provincial Park. This unique position means easy access to scenic trails, wildlife, and outdoor adventures in every season right outside your door.
